1.2. Return Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: For returns due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item, Aheron will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, such as changing your mind or canceling an order, you may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

  • Packaging: Please return the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

1.3. Processing Returns

  • Inspection: Once we receive the returned item(s), they will be inspected to ensure they meet our return criteria.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is approved. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

2. Return & Refund Scenarios
